Has anyone attended the final assessment day at Deloitte? I am particularly interested in the e-tray exercise. How many emails will I have to deal with? How much time will I have for that? Also, what is an interview with a partner like?

the partner interview is brutal. mine was a judo fanatic and insisted on sparring in the hallway, till we hit a secretary that broke a copier and then decided to stop. usually they can be quite agresisve and violent, and ask for proofs of physical stamina and intellectual ability by making you throw the most number of chairs through a window in a given time frame. mate - its a chat. dont say anything stupid and dont try to be smart and impress them because you wont be able to. just give the impression of having a stron, solid character and mindset.
