Only speaking from experience of having an interview and info from recruitment consultants but, they seem a very good niche player. I've been told they don't actively bid for work, rather it comes via contacts and networks and that they are turning down work due to lack of capacity. All in all, if you're going to a small firm, they are a very good prospect.

It's exactly as they tell you to expect. Talks about where you want to go and where Molten sees itself going. They place a lot of emphasis on assessing whether you will fit with their culture which I personally found made the interview informal and relaxed. They will also explore your experience as you'd expect. No curve balls so not much to say really
