Hi everyone,I'm at uni and we have a group work in HR whereby we should select one company and argue why this is the most desired employer of its industry, in terms of rewards, assignments, career opportunities, etc. Our group chose PA, and I would like to get first-hand insight on why you would recommend/choose PA as a consultancy to work for rather than the other consultancies (McKinsey, BAH, etc.).I would be extremely grateful for your help, especially those of you who are working for PA.Regards,Frederic

Oh no. So you mean that HR people learn in uni how to describe their company as employer of choice? SUrely a more sensible approach is to analyse all the companies and decide which one is the best and call that the employer of choice.From what you say, I will ignore the phrase "employer of choice" in the future, as it is obvioulsy just HR-PR.

Just keep in mind that different people have different measures of what a good employer would be, therefore this is arguable. And, whether you think it's right or not, we argue for PA (at least my group chose to). I just need insider views. Can anyone help?
