Hi,I have been invited to a graduate assessment centre for PA and was wandering if anyone has any tips or advice for me.Also I could not help but notice that out of 7 people at my first round interview I was the only female. I know that women are perhaps under represented in consultancy but is this is fair reflection at PA or just a coincidence?Many thanks Sam

I can only speak from my experience but it is a great place to work. Yes there are things that grate with me but you will get that at all firms. FS is a good practice, with a good head leading it at a very exciting time at present. Assessment centre is pretty much what you would expect at grad level - competency based, interviews, role plays, case studies!

Hi Mj,I am in the final stint of a law degree. It was the one interview and the tests straight after (2 hours for whole first interview process). There was a verbal reasoning follwed by a numerical test.Hope that answers your questions.Sam
