Ah, the good old employee satisfaction survey. I once had to do something similar to that and was told "Tell us what you think... here's the unique username and password you'll need to access the anonymous online survey that only HR, the managing partner and your boss has access to."The Times top 50 companies to work for... aka the top 50 companies that have anxiety culture and paranoid employees.As for the comments about work-life balance... are they serious? Does such a phrase even have meaning in the world of top-tier MC? Unless by balance they mean 100% work and 0% anything else?

I have to say I think the fact that work-life balance is a factor in this study is laughable...

What I find laughable is inviting young grads to criticise their employer when they are - without exception - unable to accept any of themselves. Never seen such a brittle, self congratulating generation before. Over sensitive and unable to accept that they are anything less than a complete success just for turning up.

Yes, it's a generational thing. Bring back discipline, formality and standards, that's what I say. Mars - I refuse to have anyone over 40 on my team. It's not so much the senility that bothers me - more the soup slurping and remnants if egg sandwich in their whiskers.
