Is two page CV okay for Consulting roles at companies like IBM, PA, Accenture and Big 4? Or do they also require one page CV like MBB?

I've never heard of a requirement for a 1-page cv...Whatever next, tweet your cv to them in 200 characters or less?

CV can be as long as it needs to be, assuming that you are still being relevant and concise. That said, the important parts should run to no more than 2, with additional information (projects, transactions etc) stacked at the back. Main thing is that what will get you the interview need to be 'above the fold' i.e. in the first half of the first page. Hence dont waste time/space with meaningless personal summaries which contain (usually) cliched and unsubstantiated claims about oneself.

Back in the day, when working for the student careers service at uni, it was commonplace to attach a photograph to the Standard Application Form that many graduate recruiting firms preferred to CV's.One applicant had attached a photo approx 5 times larger than the norm.Yes....he had attached a "passport -sized" photo! He'd even had to trim the edges to make it fit.....got hired by PA I believe.
