CV can be as long as it needs to be, assuming that you are still being relevant and concise. That said, the important parts should run to no more than 2, with additional information (projects, transactions etc) stacked at the back. Main thing is that what will get you the interview need to be 'above the fold' i.e. in the first half of the first page. Hence dont waste time/space with meaningless personal summaries which contain (usually) cliched and unsubstantiated claims about oneself.
