So I was just wondering what the options in in the following situation areI have been offered a job and have handed my resignation in my current job, before I start my new job I have around two weeks off. Suppose in this time period I find a contract role I want to pursue what are my options in terms of saying no the job for which I have already signed a employment contract with.

Wow, and they say nowadays loyalty is out of the window.I think you should make a short YouTube video, showing you ripping up your employment contract while laughing manically, smoking a chewed cigar and caressing a cat. Then look at the camera and say "I never planned to join your little MC firm to charge out thousands while earning peanuts! Muhahahaha"Or you can be honest and say that you have found another opportunity and decided to go with it.

Many times it happens that we decide to do something different, but in such cases we need to face lots of problems to shift from one field to another. So try to find a feasible solution. To avoid such situations, career planning is very important. If you have some predefined goals for your life, it becomes easy to take the proper decisions.http://bit.ly/1nNLqnN
