From a recruiters perspective they are a nightmare to work with due to their sheer size, inability to make a decision and iron curtain like exposure they give us to the Partners and decision makers. I would definitely recommend going to them direct as their internal team will deal with you - they are a bit useless and will take ages to get back to you but least they get access to the right people internally to push things along.Good luck!
