Hi,I may be called to an assessment day for an Architect position with IBM at Southbank. Could someone who has been through the process recently let me know what to expect and how to approach the situation. How are the interviews conducted and also how to approach the salary question.What salary range should I expect for a Senior Architect with over 10 years experience. I haven't had much of a pay rise with my current employer so I want to make sure if I am successful I can negotiate the going rate for my skills.I would be ever so grateful for your help and advice.Thanks
