Greetings to all,I'm a long-time reader, but first-time poster here. Resultantly, please excuse the green tinge to my posts. Not even sure if this belongs in this forum, but I've seen similar posts here before, so what the hell...I'm in the process of kicking off a boutique consultancy, focusing on tier-1/2 clients in the energy, environment and infrastructure sectors. I'm coming from 10 years of corporate operations and consultancy in these sectors, and a little tired of working for the man. Based in the UK (Manchester), but interested clients are UK, US and Japan-based. Offering is strategy and M&A consulting, PMI/Cultural change, bid management, and potentially a seperate growth area for project financing, asset structuring and divestment advisory if the right people were contributing. All are sorely needed in the energy sector.Anyone fancy getting on board? Early days yet, so I'm looking for business partners who can contribute to the establishment and strategy, but independants who want occassional work are welcome to give me a shout too.Other than that, great forum. great wit, great egos. Marvelous.
