I'm looking for some clarity please on pay grades and job titles at Deloitte.I have been offered an M4 position within Deloitte and the offer letter states Senior Manager, however, I have read elsewhere that a Senior Manager is M5.The role is in the Audit Service Line and I have read elsewhere that M5 only exists in the Consulting Service Line but was looking for some information to clarify if this is right.Thanks.
