This would be for a fairly entry level position, as whilst I do have experience in many of the areas I've specified above, they have primarily been in an internal consultant role as a psychologist in the public sector, focusing on clinical settings. Seriously though guys, I am looking to apply to these places after I complete my qualification in May and I have contacted several of them already to discuss opportunities and what they would want from an applicant. Any others that people can think of which I have missed?

what you are describing is a role which increasingly is in the remit of executive search firms - including where I am sat right now. You could be more proactive and approach pretty much all of the larger search firms (and some of the midcaps) and either talk directly with business lines already in place or offer to provide those services. I suggest given your previous experience start with those who have a healthcare or life sciences practice then work out from there.
