Hi,I've been working for the ECM team at a BB bank for a year. Before that I finished my undergrad degree in humanities at a top-tier school in the UK. I've always been interested in consulting and am keen to make a career change. Would really appreciate it if you can help answer the following questions:1) Is it true that campus recruitment at grad level is easier than joining as an experienced hire?2) If yes, does the grad degree have to be consulting-relevant?3) Which one of these sounds more employable - first-, second-, third-year analyst, or associate? Thanks for reading this!
