I have been fortunate enough to work across various Professional Services businesses and they all seem to differ greatly when it comes to the benefits on offer. I work within the Consultancy arena now and I am looking to move. My current company offers an 'ok' benefits package, but I am unsure if it is comparable to other consultancies. I'm particularly interested in moving into a Tier 1 or medium sized consultancy, but I'm unsure what benefits they offer. I, like most people am keen to ensure that I get a decent pension, so it would be of particular interest what sort of contributions these companies give to their consultants. Any ideas?
