Hi Everyone,I desperately need to find out what the Capgemini assessment centre is like. Has anyone been to one recently. I am going for a technical role and I really really need some advice on What questions were asked, role play questions, group tasks if applicable, etc?Also what are the pay bands in the technical roles? anyone know?I would be ever so grateful if someone could shed some light.Thank you

It cant be that bad??Having worked for couple of large outsourcing companies, I think they are all the same its which ever gives you the right opportunities and the salary.I need a move after several years with another large outsourcer and I want to make sure I do well in the assessment. If its like IBM's then I perhaps I don't have to worry too much...but you can never guess these things.

Hi,For technical interview they will ask you whatever written in your resume and what you have worked and all standard interview questions.Depend upon your experience they will give you band and ask for good hike.Regards,Fahmeda khan
