Dear all,Does anyone know what is Accenture's policy regarding hiring PhDs in Physics as management consultants? Basically: 1. Does Accenture hire PhD in Physics (engineering oriented)? 2. If so, at which position in their management consulting practice? Business analyst? Consultant? Else? 3. Do you know whether all offices hire management consultant (I'm particularly interested in the Geneva, Switzerland office).Thank you very much in advance for your help!Best regards,Karim

1. Yes2. New Analyst3. Probably, but a lot of the so-say "management consultants" actually do testing for a fair amount of their careerEC

The stock answer is that PhDs would go in as new analysts as Evil suggested but that in general the extra experience would lead to faster progression on the ability based promotions system.I know this to be true with at least 2 people I've seen.
