EveningI'm aiming to go for Director next year (Advisory EY) - does anyone have a realistic view on starting salary? £110k according to Glassdoor.Asking because the market seems to be good just now for my area (both contract & perm) and I think I would consider moving if the EY Director salary was going to start on lower than 100k, given bonuses are non-existent.Thank you.
