I had an interview foran experienced hire position at Deloitte London which involved an AC and an interview with a senior partner. The AC didnt go very well in my opinion and I dont think I impressed the team lead but the senior partner told me that he thought it was quite likely I would get an offer though I think mentioned he still had to look through notes from the AC. Its been about two weeks since my senior partner interview and I have been told that hr will be having a call this week with the lead (above senior) partner for the unit and I wll get the outcome after this.What are your thoughts on what is happening here - do you think it is a normal part of the approval process when an offer is being made or do you think this could be them asking him if he still wants me even though I didn't do well in the AC? Is it normal for the lead partner to approve all new hires or is it normally handled at a lower level?Thanks for reading :)
