Hi.Currently I'm a Manager advisory up for Senior Manager this year.My numbers are great (doubled the sales quota, and well above on utilisation), also have very good relationship on the CxO level at the client (the partner has said it himself).It's now been several months since I asked for feedback from a superior in the project. I have read the feedback myself, but it needs partner approval due to the high rating. However, the partner has not approved this rating for three months now - deliberately to create uncertainty I assume. Any advice what to do in a situation like this ?

Could it not be that the Partner has just forgotten to approve it... Have they been reminded or is there any other evidence they "have it in for you". Approving feedback is probably pretty low on their priority list! Why not just ask them directly for a feedback meeting see if their feedback aligns to what the other person wrote, if it does you have the opportunity for them to approve it?Also - I may be missing something here but are Big 4 EOY ratings not defined at the ratings/performance meetings,. where your LM represents you and the rating is confirmed, so does it matter?

No, he has been given a "reminder" two times already (not by me directly).This is a conscious choice to "leave me hanging" - I know for a fact he has done this before as well in order to "keep people down".Toxic management style is my opinion for that type of behaviour.You are right about EOY ratings - but who do you think decides ultimately ? You or the partner ?Any input on how to handle this situation ?

Surely your organisation has deadlines for this process? I am at ACN. Nobody seems to respond to these things until we hit these deadlines. Then everyone suddenly wakes up or is forced to wake up. Are you saying that your Big4 partners have an indefinite time to complete your review process?
