60k for a Senior Consultant isn't bad going for a System Integrator. Your issue is the grade - after 9 years you should be looking at a Manager grade, possibly even Senior Manager provided your selling and client relationship management skills fit the bill. If you've only ever done delivery and don't have a distinct specialism that could be why they're limiting you to SC.
