This isn't a bad place to start - take a look at some of the firms in that space. Ignore McKinsey, Bain & BCG unless you've got a particularly illustrious background. http://www.vault.com/company-rankings/consulting/best-firms-in-each-practice-area/?sRankID=83If you've worked with any consulting firm in the past that you liked, try reaching out to them. Either to secure a position or get their advice on how to approach your next move. I'd suggest you need to identify a preference between sales & marketing or operations. Sometimes the lines blur, but a lot of firms have distinct practices for each or only focus on one. That will help you figure out who to target.ZS Associates are well-known for Sales and Marketing consulting within the Pharma industry and I've heard are a decent firm to work for. Also look at the Big Five (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Accenture) because at Manager+ level sales becomes a greater part of your role so your experience will lend itself well, particularly if you have a lot of contacts in industry that you can sell to.
