I presume that all established consultancies have a hub of previous engagements, market understanding & economic reading. Is anyone able to describe a standard Big 4/ MBB engagement library. Do they differ much?Specifically:- Are details of previous projects typically stored in a database?- Do all consultants have access to previous client engagements by sector, function etc. is it available to study or 'need-to-know'- Are details stored for the purpose of review (Project: mandate, approach, outcome; Sector: players, market etc. Economy: index, forecast etc.) Or, are project documents stored in the state documented for the specific delivery - such that there is no internal framework to make accessing the information more user friendly (for lack of a better term.)Any insight would be appreciated.Jon Galt
