Other than that... - industry knowledge- functional expertise- the way units are organized e.g. does knowledge integrate in such a way you get access to a broad variety of work- the brand of the organization in the field- the growth rates/general outlook for the organization- the fit with the other folks working there- the staffing culture (own influence on career or just moneymaker?)- hours of travel- culture in terms of working hours- how long people stay at the firm- time between promotions- compensation- etc!
