Morning all.I currently have 72 hours to choose between two offers (both Senior Con/Associate level) and was hoping to tap the collective wisdom of the forum to help tip me over the edge and make my decision. The first option is the Alvarez and Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement team.Pros - from what I can see, fast growing firm, lots of exposure to got the t-shirt type industry experts/senior leaders, opportunity to get involved with an interesting blend of strategy and implementation, plus opportunity to do interim-type roles for clients. Exit opps seem really strong (some to PE houses, start-ups) and pay is also excellent. The second option is EY-Parthenon. Pros - again, fast-growing team, blend of CDD and pure strategy market entry/growth plan type work that really appeals to me, really experienced ex-Parthenon/Strat house senior management team. Exit opps - another start house/internal strategy role, not sure on pay yet.I'm delighted with both of them (and appreciate that there are worse headaches to have!), but would massively appreciate any further input (perception, long term career impact, culture, examples of projects etc) that could help me distinguish between the two.Apologies for the lengthy post and many thanks in advance.
