I have been offered a T5 grade at Capgemini’s Technology Services unit with a package of 51K. Can someone please help me map this grade to the normal C1/C2/C3/M1 grades that exist as a norm with major consulting outfits like ACN?

Just to help T clarify that the C1-C5 grades he used for mapping are Capgemini&apos;s consulting grades.To map Capgemini&apos;s Consulting Services grades to Accenture&apos;s, you will get:C1 = A1, A2C2 = C1, C2C3 = C3, M1C4 = M2, M3C5 = SM1, SM2, SM3VP = SE

Thanks T. Really appreciate your response. Do you mean that a M1 in ACN will map to a T8 in CG’s TS? Also, can you please advise if 51k is appropriate for a T5?

A M1 at ACN would map to a T7 in CG TS.51K sounds decent for a T5 to be honest.

@OP, is it possible to highlight how the £51K package breaksdown?Is it including or excluding bonus? Does it include the flexi-benefit, if so, what % is it?
