There is a tendency on this site towards extremely close montioring of base salaries. All the emphasis about recognition comes from what people's base salary is. I think this is a bit short-sighted on a purely financial perspective. Whilst one firm may offer a large base salary another might include much more additional benefits like car/pension/healthcare etc.I was wondering what are the standard benefits at a firm like KPMG/ACN/Deloitte would be for a C1? Getting a company car allowance if like having another £5k so these things can make a big difference to actual renumeration.
