Hi,I hold 5 years of IT Experience with 3 years specific in Architecture domain. I have 2 years experience with Logica. I am going to attend interview with IBM. Please can you suggest what salary and pay band I should ask being mobile in UK for this role. Cheers,Satya

40 - 45. Low 40s is realistic 45 might be pusing it for IBM. Depends how well you can sell yourself at interview.

Thanks Anon, But it not it too low for this role. My CV does not look bad I believe as I get call where ever I put up my CV and currently earning 43K as basic.Cheers,Satya
