Hello Friends,Need your suggestions on the future prospects of windows System Administrators. I have about 12 years of Windows System adminstration knowledge with the certifications like MCSE, CCNA & ITIL V3 foundation. Worked as a Technical Consultant & Sr. Consultant in a world class organizations.Should I stick to the Techincal base or look forward for Managerial base where I dont find any opportunities for a fresher, What should be the first step towards Management.If Techincal base has bright future, than what are the options & certifications would you suggest.Thank you,KMW
