Which offer would you suggest a relatively entry level Consultant should take up? What are people's general impressions of the 3 organizations? Thanks everyone.

I had a similar question. Could anyone help please? What is the perception of Deloitte vs KPMG in the market/clients? Would anyone advise a move from the former to the latter?OW is perhaps another player together.

KPMG and Deloitte are different to OW.Deloitte have the bigger team/brand compared to KPMG, however their ops team is split into some very specific sevices (they are well known to do alot of PMI work) and as you progress you will be expected to specialse, as such. KPMG have a good team, led by an ex-McKinsey partner and have invested alot of time and money growing the group over the last 3 years, they are also more generalistic however have more focus on Transactional work (although with the recent economic climate work has dropped therefore there is more operational improvement work).OW I would put in a different bracket and although now work in a similar market to the Big4 their work tends to be at a higher level and more associated with the MBBB firms. A good firm, last year lost alot of people but brand name is still there. - Expectations on exp and education will be much higer at OW than Deloitte or KPMG
