Have you considered an MBA? This would be the most effective way of moving from SI consuilting to strategy.

Is that really the best way? My experience is primarily change management and with only three years of a career behind me is an MBA the right thing to do?

I reckon its a good way to do it - I work for an SI and am starting an MBA for the same reason this September.However be warned - its a risk as the job market for UK MBAs at the moment is pretty dire - lets hope it picks up in a year!
