It depends on your values.Off the cuff I'd say each brand says to me...Accenture - big, brash, great training for graduates, lot of big IT and outsourcing projects. Minimal empowerment in middle ranks and low level of client engagement (hired to do the plumbing). Good prep for a move into a middle manager IT job at a client. Make partner if you're an animal and sh@ft your mates.EY - More advisory, smaller more senior engagaments, PWC-looky-likey, Deloitte-wannabee. Bit stuffy, but more chance of upgrading to MBB.
