Hi, I have a first round interview with Capco for the above role based in London, is there anyone out there who has had an interview with them? And if so does anyone have any tips?

Hi, I have an interview at Capco for a consultant within capital markets. My background has been in front office capital markets. Could you please share your experience about the first round interview/case study format in the London office?Thank you

Hi, Well mine was for an IT services role so I guess it is going to be a little different. The whole process with Capco has been quite slow, first interview was very informal, I was interviewed by a managing principal and he spent the first 15 minutes going through the comapny and how it is structured. Other than that it was a basic cv run, I have not come from a consulting background, so got asked quite a few times why I wanted to move into consulting. The second interview with a partner was more relaxed and again a cv run, and more questions about why consulting and why Capco. Then about half an hour with HR covering similar areas. Still no firm decision from them despite very positive feed back, they are waiting on the arrival of a new senior person there.

Almost a brand, spanking, new firm. 70%+ of the staff left at some point last year including all of the partners bar one. Remolded as a poor man's Accenture and been sold to a US banking payments firm recently

"Poor man's accenture" - feedback on their salary structure strongly disagrees with that statement. They are paying top dollar and poaching people in left, right and centre.
