Does any one know the percentage differences for the increase in Salary from Consultant to Manager based on the performance rating you get? Eg. Promoted with an "above" (which I think no longer can happen), "Sig Above" or "Very Top" - what are the percentage salary increases?Also - does any one know the lower bracket for a Manager Salary? Given that there was no pay rise last year, I want to understand potential earning capacity if a promotion occurs.Thanks in advance.

You can no longer get promoted with an Above, that is correct. Manager starts at low/mid 60's but extends all the way to just under 100k. It's a pretty wide band with some overlap with C3/C4, but the car allowance and bonus make the % jump seem bigger than it actually is.
