Have had a few calls enquiring if I might be interested in a spell in Geneva. Agent is not giving too much away but I suspect Wipro or Infosys are the client. I work in the SAP space for an integrator ( 6 years in the CRM area )and am pondering a Big 4 move and a Swiss adventure is interesting me. Talking to friends they think and I agree that I will be around Manager level. What sort of deal could I expect for say a Deloitte or E&Y role, any salary guidelines/paremeters?

You're going to want to be employed by the Swiss office of any big four you join. Last thing you want is to be paid in the UK in GBP.
