I've just accepted a grad job at ACN London, just wondering how much would I expect to earn 5 years down the line if I excelled at my job? Thanks!

Assuming you started on the grad salary, If you make Manager after 5 years, assuming you perform significantly above your peers in each of these 5 years, then about 75k plus benefits and car. This is exceptional, not the norm.

After 5 years assuming you made consultant after 2 years and manager after a further 3, you'd be on about 80k including car/bonus as an M1 (a new manager).I've been here a while and from what i can see the money is not that great until you're quite a senior partner.

Let's get real. After 5 years at ACN even if you are an above or /SA performer you are likely to be a C2/C3 based on the way the business model has been changing fro consulting over the past year or two. That way you'll be on 50-55 max. No bonus. AS the poster above says, the money doesn't start rolling until you reach the upper levels.

Everyone agrees 5 years is not the "usual" timeline (no matter how HR and Grad recruitment spin it). However it's not unheard of to have managers at 28 or 29 with a series of VT's earning 20% rises. Factor in the "new" performance model and (in theory) you only need two years at each level to advance.
