All,I hope to get some useful advise for Deloitte 2nd round of the recruitment process which is the assessment day. I recently applied to Technology Integration as an experienced hire at Deloitte and have been invited to the assessment day.However they state that the 2nd round is an assessment day and will also have group exercise as well. I have not heard of this for experienced recruitment in other firms...Is this common at Deloitte? This is for Technology Integration in London Manager level. Also, can someone provide me advise on what to expect during the interview and if anyone has been through the process recently, can you provide your experience of the day. Honest opinions please.Many thanks.
