"Run faster" is a demonstration of the all-too typical unhelpful posting on this forum..SamMan says he is "catching up" so obviously he does not need to run faster... If anything he needs to focus upon where he wants to be after he catches them.@ SamMan - keep at your current running speed but keep some reserves - potentially drink some Lucozade - and then once you catch them, accelerate away and into the sunset....
