how about building your consulting experience in Moscow, as I imagine (maybe presumptuously)that you can also operate in Russian and many of the international consultancies have a presence there. If the Bulgarian market is ever to open up for these firms, it will likely initially be driven from that hub.

This is good and logical advice. Unfortunately, the thing is I don't like the business culture in East Europe in any field. I consider four years here as a great experience in a hard environment, but enough as well. So, I will be grateful to receive any advice related to companies located in West Europe, USA or China.Thanks!

is bulgaria part of the EU? if so thenyou can work anywhere.otherwise join a company in moscow then get staffed on european project.
