some people on this forum need to learn that if you have nothing nice or constructive to say, then don't say it at all! Lets speak from fact here. EY PAS is a very healthy service line within EY Advisory. It has a mix of public and private clients and is seen as a key provider of project / programme / portfolio management advice in the marketplace. It is also used extensively by other EY service lines in cross selling (I hate that term but that's what it is) services the whole of advisory offers. PAS has a wide range of skills and experience from standard large capital programmes to cost reduction projects, PMO implementations, etc. It operates across a variety of industries including aerospace & defence, government, consumer products, etc. Clearly all of the Big 4 have a big share of the public sector work but there is a big investment in the private sector underway and for firms of this size the opportunities are yours to take...it all depends on your attitude. hope this helps

Sorry to rain on your parade, but about 99% of PAS's work is public sector. The atmosphere is really awful - with lots of people on the bench. EY PAS is well and truly up shi'ite creek once the budget comes in and public sector consulting spend is absolutely hammered

PAStor, you clearly don't work for PAS 'cos you don't know what you are talking aboutand if you do then I suggest you just leave the last thing we need is negative people like you hanging aroundas I said before if you've nothing nice to say don't say it. no one is forcing to you work for anyone
