They have recruited alot of Senior Managers over the last 9 months and have pretty much met their targets. They are now looking to recruit more numbers into the more junior levels - Manager and Senior Consultant - to make the pyramid work better. I've heard that the few slots they have left at SM level are being reserved for promoting current manager's this year.
