I recently have seen ads for position of all levels in the Organisation & Change Practice of Deloitte in London. Is it a new practice or was it there long time ago?I am strongly interested and since that practice only exist in the London office, I was wondering if projects were only UK based or also Global? And what is the proportion?I live in Belgium but that Organisation & Change Practice doesn´t exist there so I was wondering if it was common practice for Deloitte to hire people overseas to work in London office or globally on projects but still be based in original country. In other words, could i still have my home in Belgium but work for the London Organisation & Change Practice? Or would it be too much to ask?I am Manager level with 8 years relevant experience, quadrilingual & holding Masters in organizational psychology, MBA, PMI & Change Management. So I would love to work there and don´t mind travelling 4 days a week but my partner live in Belgium so I would love to remain based in Belgium for the weekend and would appreciate they fly me back home weekly. Is it realistic?Any feedback or advice before I apply?Thank you

Firstly, congratulations on your offer from Deloitte. Groove is in the heart.Secondly, please tell us more about these languages you speak. Would you be willing to teach me French? I have always wanted to be able to speak another language, but couldn't be bothered to learn, what with everyone else speaking English and all that. Would be nice, though.

For some reason, I always think of Deee-Lite when I think of Deloitte. Can&apos;t get that catchy tune out of my mind.<img src="http://www.pollsb.com/photos/o/51745-15_groove_heart_deee_lite_1990.jpg" />

You are expected to maintain a home within commuting distance of your main office, as there will be projects and periods when you are working from the office or clients&apos; offices in central London. They would not pay for commuting from Belgium (or elsewhere in the UK). I know that there is cross-staffing with Deloitte Luxembourg so Deloitte UK&apos;s natural question is why you do not apply for a job there as the commuting would be easier.
