Does anybody know if there is a "claw-back" policy for payment of training for a certain period if you resign from Accenture straight after taking it? If so, what are you expected to pay back, and in what time frame (e.g. half the total cost of within one month of completing training, etc etc.)

No clawback provisions in the UK. However in other, more easterly geographies a new grad usually comes in as a probationary employee and any training (eg CAS in St Charles) is costed against a training contract which, if minimum service is not completed, will be clawed back. In developing countries it's a race to the bottom as far as employee rights are concerned.

I spent my last week at Accenture in St. Charles on a strat course. No one even mentioned me having to pay for it becauseI was leaving. I wouldnt worry too much about it. Then again, I was London based so it may be different elsehwhere.
