Hi,I would be interested in any thoughts you may have as to my potential next steps. Graduated with a BA Management and then worked for top 4 consultancy firm within Communications and High Technology Sector aligned to Human Resources projects for two years. Worked in rercruitment for a further year before transferring and working in an HR Consulting capacity on small projects for a private hospitality, recruitment and project management company.Currently looking for work and ideally looking to get back into management consultancy with one of the "big 4" and specialise in HR.I have been exploring various project management and consulting based qualifications. Signed up to start an MSc in Human Resource Mananagement (CIPD), but just wondering if there are additional options I should look at in the interim. Would a Prince 2 be beneficial? Would a Professional Human Resources (PHR Certification in USA) be beneficial?Alternatively, should I look to take perhaps change management or organisational behaviour related courses and specialise as much as possible?I know the Chartered Institute of Management also offer some consulting and change management/leadership based courses. Do you have any thoughts on their benefit or otherwise? Many thanks.

Hi, I'm also interested to hear what's out there in terms of HR consulting. Preferably people/change type work rather than installing systems. I'm currently working through the CIPD PDS/MSc to which you referred and must say that some of it is fairly tedious (i.e. spending a long time debating the bleedingly obvious), but hope that you find it a bit more interesting. Thanks.
