Hi Guys, contemplating a move to Deloitte's Human Capital practice. Anyone have any insights on culture/working hours and likely salary for a junior consultant?

Salary 37-42k. The hours vary, but HC isn't known for its consistently long hours. I'm from another part of consulting, and all the human capital lot seem great. (Mainly girls??) Projects appear to be a good mix of HR type stuff and Org desing stuff.

HCwatcher, With regards to salary bands at Deloitte how would an analyst secure reaching the top of the bank (i.e 42) rather than the lower end? Or is the higher end reserved for experienced hire candidates? I've heard that salary upon promotion is dependent on your year-performance; do you have any more insight into how this operates?Thank youGradCon
