Hi,After 3 years in a tier 2 consultancy, i've decided to start looking for a new job.I have a few companies / positions in mind which I intend to target specifically, but frankly I'm not totally sure what I'd like to do now. I'm therefore looking for some advice on how to approach the job hunt. Ideally, I'd like to hear about all the decent opportunities that are out there for ex-junior consultants, across industry. I'm hoping this may help me decide on a more specific area to persue. Does uploading a cv to monster create more hassle than it's worth? What are the reputable recruitment agencies?Thanks,

Doctor by your own admission you're not sure what you want to do. You need to answer this question first and be clear in your mind - best way to decide how to get somewhere is find the objective then work backwards, getting advice on the steps/hurdles in the process, rather than asking people to help you find something when no one know what it is.A career councellor might be useful, or use what you have already decided to target as a point of reference and define WHY you have targetted them, which would also help you.
