I would echo what Ian said, I used to work for Eden Mccallum when they first set up. They were extremely selective, chosing from the markets best independent consultants. Their criteria certainly focuses on quality and experience. As Ian wrote, the utilisation is based on whether the work the partners win fits your experience, but through the interview process it will become evident whether or not their pipeline will offer you relevant roles. They certainly don't just fill their books with consultants for the sake of it. A great business model, if it suits your working lifestyle.
