HiMy recruiter has put me forward for a role at EY BI, as a Senior Manager in the F&PM area. What is the expected pay range for this grade? I am moving because I am completely ticked off with working long hours for small willied civil servants who couldn’t implement a project to boil a kettle. Do PI have a good range of non-government work, so I don’t get more of the same?I also heard that there is a big IBM culture in the place. Is this still true?Thanks AJ

Stay away if you're looking to get out of public sector work. You'll have a wide choice between local government and NHS. If you're lucky, you'll get to work on central government project at some point. Less than 20% private sector work, and you'll only get it if you suck IBM and ACN c*cks.Not a good time to join if the Tory swagger about kicking consultants out of government are to be believed.
