Our Management Consulting team is currently recruiting consultants, senior consultants and managers with organisational change experience in business transformations and system implementations. Our highly experienced team of OCM consultants enable Tenzing to provide one of the largest and most comprehensive OCM offerings in the NZ market. We have delivered strategic change, organisation design and change management across a number of industries for New Zealand's most complex and challenging organisations.
You will have a minimum of three years' experience from a management consultancy, or consulted internally for a large organisation in a business transformation environment. You will have proven ability in activities relating to:
- Change Strategy
- Stakeholder engagement
- Organisational design
- Change impacts
- Communications development
- Training needs analysis and planning
- Transition planning
In addition you should have other competencies which enable you to work on a variety of Projects including business analysis or project management. Change experience on ERP implementations is also an added bonus as well as broad industry experience.
