Hi, With all the redundancy chat, I have been corresponding with colleagues on my thoughts and that the fact that I might apply for VR. Also, I have had external CVs and covering letters stored on my ACN computer for other jobs. I have now deleted all of these but I was wondering does anyone know how much Accenture monitors our emails/documents of our hardrive/internet browsing for other jobs? If so, what are the implications? CR?I didnt think they did much hence the emails on VR and my documents but a few people think this is strictly monitored.Any thoughts/knowledge appreciated.

Then even SEs will fall victims...yes they do monitor emails and all that jazz but is not of concern to them as long as you are not sending some client info to deloitte or ADM to pwc or blah blah to Tata.....lolSo take a chill peel mate and surf the net for jobs and make sure you dont visit pamelaanderson.com in OB

and anyway, why would they want to give you CR (with the extra pay) if they think you are about to leave anyways (with normal notice)...

Hi ACN AnalystI have been at ACN for a few years and never ever heard of such a level of monitoring...I would probably be already out of the door by now had they monitored my CVs etc. in My Documents. I have always been told not to do anything I would be ashamed of if anyone found out...So..don't worry!

agree with hahah poster above....yes they do monitor emails ( and website visited too), but most of it so that you dont give away confidential info to other parties. Websites, they monitor for offensive/inappropriate content ...you know what i am talking about....If you are caught on one of those websites, the HR guys will do nothing more than tell u to kindly stop surfing those sites...nothing more unless you are a serial offender.Email policies are in fact dependant on role withing company- you can bet sr director emails are more stringently monitored than jr help desk guy...
