hi, i interviewed for a top role a while back with a large IT outfit, I didn't get the job (I'm not surprised, it was too big a jump up), but feedback was I came across very well and was very employable.I've now seen another role with this company, should I tell them about the feedback I had before, which was positive, or would they just think i had been rejected before.it's a big outfit, I doubt they are joined up enough to know who has interviewed elsewhere in their orgcheers

I'd keep quiet about it, unless them specifically ask - just impress them with how much you know about the company. Use your knowledge of the company and what they expect from you to make sure you really stand out. You're in a priviliged position so make good use of it! Good luck!
